Who is responsible for the management of the Lion Training Passport scheme?

Can the Lion Training Passport hold details / certificates for training not required by the LTP? (i.e. unrelated / additional training)
Yes, the Lion Training Passport can hold details of all training completed. This is presented in two sections – Mandatory, which is the minimum that the scheme requires for the role and Additional, which is any other training. This results in the scheme holding a comprehensive training record for an individual.
What information can be reported on (and by whom) from the LTP database in terms of registrations and training?
The database holding the records includes a number of reports – an automated report that highlights gaps in training is sent monthly and ad-hoc reports can be run at any time. Can online training be approved?
Online training is permitted as long as it is either delivered as a live online session or is hosted on a platform that provides the same experience of knowledge transfer for the delegate. The scheme administrators can assist with identifying suitable platforms.
Can the training that I deliver be recognised by the scheme?
Providers of training can submit their course for approval against the short course content standards. Providers of training need to demonstrate that the course content standards are met and that the tutor has the relevant experience and competence to deliver the training. What happens if I miss the renewal notifications and would like to renew?
Reply to one of the email notifications and your registration will be renewed and backdated to the original renewal date.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your registration will be suspended; your online record will be inaccessible. You will be unable to demonstrate current membership to a Lion Code auditor.
