What information can be reported on (and by whom) from the LTP database in terms of registrations and training?

The database holding the records includes a number of reports – an automated report that highlights gaps in training is sent monthly and ad-hoc reports can be run at any time. These can identify gaps in training and provide a list of registered members.  Ad-hoc reports can only be generated by those with Team Manager access and include only the information of individuals who have authorised this.
