What happens if I do not renew?
Your registration will be suspended; your online record will be inaccessible. You will be unable to demonstrate current membership to a Lion Code auditor.
Will I be contacted about renewal?
Yes, you will receive a renewal notification email from the scheme administrators at the beginning of the month that renewal is due. You will receive a second reminder at the end of the month.
How do I know my membership renewal date?
The expiry date of your registration is detailed on your initial registration letter and also on your renewal letter. Your registration start date is also displayed on your online Lion Training Passport record – renewals are due annually from this date.
